There are no words to describe how tired I am at the moment. My friend and I got this amazing idea to watch the Oscars even though the show ended at 7am and I had to go to school at 8:30. Well, I did watch the show and like it very much, but this staying up all night thing really isn't for me. This was the first Academy Awards show I've fully watched and because of it I have to go to see the Black Swan when it comes to Finland. It looked just amazing and so did Natalie Portman. Did you watch the Oscars? I think it's bedtime now... Aaand say hi to my new pets!

01 My breakfast today. I wish I were a baby so I could eat baby food everyday. It's healthy (I guess?) and good, that mango one is my favourite of them all. I also ate nutella on toast, gosh I love to be alone at home 'cause nobody's telling me what to eat. 02 My cute Martinique tourist t-shirt. It's that kind of tacky thing people buy when they travel somewhere (just like my dad did when he went to Martinique) and I just have to love it. 03 I was wondering if you would like to add me as your friend on last.fm because I'd like to know what kind of music my readers are listening to. Here is a link to my profile. 04 Like I said I've been alone home since thursday and I still haven't killed our dog. Actually he seems to feel well, I've tried my best and I've given him much food and as much love as I possibly can. AND I used our dishwasher succesfully! Mummy has to be very proud of her son now.

Today I watched one of my all-time favourite movies - Uptown girls. It starred the loveliest but now deceased Brittany Murphy as Molly Gun, a daughter of a famous rockstar. Dakota Fanning also had a role in it and played it well and I've always really liked her character in this movie. I have recommended this movie before when Brittany had just passed away but I think that it deserves another blog post. The story is very touching and surprisingly deep, the athmosphere and sets playful and funny, and the main characters written and played so well. If Molly were a real person, I would definitely want to get to know her. Without knowing Brittany I've always thought her as Molly, who is cheerful, funny, big-hearted, easy-going but caring and I feel like that's the way she was too. If you got even a little interested you really should watch this movie!

Haha, sorry for the artsy fartsy pictures. Anyways, today we went slalom skiing and regardless of the freezing weather it was actually quite nice, but I must say that I enjoyed the car trip more... Yesterday we went to visit some flea markets and I tried to find a film camera but found only broken or play cameras. I'm really going to get a proper film camera before the summer, I love the nostalgia and everything about them. Who's with me on this project?

sunday lunch

Today after we had cleaned our house we went out for lunch and had great meals in Torero. It was so nice to eat in a restaurant after a while and even though we planned to go to another place I really had a great time. I played safe and ate chicken bocadillo (the last picture) but my father and stepmother ate mutton and told that it wasn't anything like the bad lamb meat we all have eaten. We didn't eat desserts there but bought loads of ice cream and other stuff and you can imagine the rest. I think I'll eat a bit more lightly tomorrow...

Hooray for winter holiday! Yesterday the holiday finally started and I actually went to bed earlier than on weekdays last week. While other people partied I was sleeping but I think that's okay. Today the boredom hit me and I didn't know what to do and tried to figure out what people do when they don't go to school. I decided to go out for a walk and took my camera with but it was so cold that I had to hurry back home. But I must say that it feels funny to walk when you can't feel half of your feet because of the coldness. Finland's so exotic.

Today was a funny day at school because our last year students had planned something special for us. It was great fun and we had only one actual lesson! Neverheless, I couldn't sleep last night and I'm like a zombie. After school I've been drawing and looking for a good carpet for my room but both of them just made me pissed off. So now I'm gonna eat and maybe watch some Desperate Housewives!

School's making me so exhausted but thank GOD we have winter break next week. I've been planning a mexican night with my friends and it's going to be super fun, can't wait! Yesterday I finished reading that book (The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas) and it was so good but sooo sad. I have to buy it or read it again sometime, just fell in love with the story even if it almost made me cry, and that's a lot. I've also forgotten to introduce my newest keychain thingy, that little white pig! Isn't it cute, and I didn't have to pay for it because I got it from a happening we visited at school. I think I'll be the crazy man with a lot of micro pigs when I'm an adult, but hey, I've born this way, baby.

I've followed Rosa-Fiona's blog from the beginning, and all her other blogs too. She's so beautiful and unique and a trendsetter and I really think her blog's one of the best we have in Finland.

A blog that makes me happy when I read it ↑

Everytime I read this blog I instantly feel happier - maybe because the whole atmosphere is simply so light and cheerful. AND I just must love her photos from Japan. ♥

movie recommendations

I love to watch historical drama movies, especially when they look like these ones. I'm talking about Marie Antoinette (2006) and The Duchess (2008), and I just watched the last mentioned a couple hours ago. There's no doubt why it has won an Oscar for the costumes and the whole movie is visually amazing. Both movies have my favourite actresses; lovely Kirsten Dunst and Keira Knightley - I kind of dislike Pirates of the Caribbean movies, but this showed her best parts.

Both movies are based on true stories and that's a thing what makes them interesting in my eyes. I love the whole silliness and grace of all the manners they've had, the massive hairdos and that the both main characters have been very well-known in their era. Their stories are quite similar even though they end differently, they had their glamorous and not so great times in life, they got married young and so on.

I truly recommend these movies to all of you and if you've already seen them, tell me did you like them as much as I did!

Some pictures I took yesterday. I went to my friend's place and we watched a movie, pimped our ugly notebooks, bought loooads of sweets and those nostalgic candy necklaces (though I wore mine on my wrist). We also went out but it was so freaking cold that we had to call my friend's boyfriend to get us back. But it was a nice evening overall!

There's my breakfast I had today, I drank that green tea again and I'm really starting to love it. I also thought that I could buy some white tea, I've tasted it once but can't remember what it tastes like. Would you recommend it? A good thing about white tea is that it has a lot of antioxidants, more than any other tea sorts. It's the most expensive too, but if it's worth it the price shouldn't be a problem.

I really feel like spring's coming soon even though the weather forecasts say that not just yet. But today sun was shining (we had to close the blinds when we were eating, it was just too bright to our tired school eyes) and if you just looked at the sky and didn't notice all the snow and leafless trees, it looked like spring! Yeah, I know that the sky's always the same, but you know what I mean. I really sound desperate.

Because of these feelings I wanted to wear something colourful and I really like that shirt's minty colour, reminds me of not-so-grey times. Now I have to rush to my friends place, I'm trying to get the favourite blogs -post done this weekend!

Test week - finally over! I'm extremely tired but happy at the same time even if my next period is going to be hellish. But because I (hopefully) haven't fail any of the tests I decided to award myself and made pizza for lunch today. I didn't have enough energy to make the pizza myself so I was happy to find something gooood from our freezer. Me loves.

I know that I'm a fashion criminal because I'm putting s/s 2011 photos here while true fashion bloggers post f/w 2011 pics, but seriously, who wants to think about next winter when this winter's not over yet? Well, at least I don't want to. Yes, I collected some runway looks to give a clue what I'd like to wear next summer.

So, it seems that misters Dolce and Gabbana always end up making a collection that I love. The clothes are wearable, not too weird but not too lame either. I found too many collections which were full of black what definitely isn't the colour I want to wear when it's hot and sunny. What do you think? What does your summer style look like?

Hallo guys! Saturday's party was so much fun and thereofre I hardly had energy to live yesterday. But now I'm back again! Today after I had lied in my Swedish test's "creative writing" section that I love sports I made pancakes for dinner. I got the idea when I tried to sleep last night and couldn't get it out of my head. I made only 6 big crepes but could eat only two of them, so my little siblings are going to get some too when they get back from school, how indulgent of me.

And hey, I noticed that now I have 150 readers via Blogger, awesome! Thank you all ♥ Now I have to start to study chemistry, wish me luck...

Nyt mun on jatkettava lukion & koeviikon tuomia kärsimyksiä ja luettava kemiaa, jonka suhteen muuten päätin myöskin, että en jatka sitä tämän toisen kurssin jälkeen. Ainakaan näillä näkymin. Mutta koeviikon jälkeen voidaan palkita itsemme, joten vedetään homma kunnialla läpi!

Story time! Today I woke up at 9 and got dressed up quickly and went to a nearby supermarket to buy this way-too-expensive baking chocolate (2,90€ is just too much if you ask me... it's just chocolate for God's sake) because I needed it to the mud cake. When I was back at home, I started baking with my little brother and it went quite well. I placed the cake into the oven. But about five minutes later the cake looked too dark and I decided to move its place and.... I fucking dropped the cake tin on the carpet. Hooray.

So now I don't have a cake for my friend's party, but at least I got a great story to tell my grandchildren when I'm old and over this.

I also drank green tea today. The colour of the tea was a little disturbing, but it tasted okay. Maybe a little lemony at times. I'm going to change my clothes now and get ready for the night, today we'll have fun!

My recent outfits. I wore that new college shirt today at school and it's so comfortable and perfect for long school days. Well yeah, I had my test done in an hour, so my school day wasn't long though. Today I had biology and I think it went quite well. But I don't want to talk about school stuff anymore 'cause it's friiidayyy! Today I'm probably going to stay at home because tomorrow I'll go to my friend's place to celebrate B's 17th birthday. I just can't wait, I'm in a party mood at the moment! I think I'll bake a chocolate mud cake for her, mostly because I want it so bad myself but I know that she likes it too.

Today I didn't have to go to school because I didn't have a test, so I went shopping with my mom who had a day off from work as well! We were supposed to go just to a supermarket but for some reason we went to the shops. Mom thought that she hasn't bought me anything for a while so she paid these (except the jeans were paid with my giftcard).

The jeans are quite basic dark jeans, I tried some lighter too but these you can wear with almost anything, so I decided to make a clever choise. Both shirts were on sale, and they're pretty basic too. I've been looking for a sweatshirt like the one on right for ages and finally got one. Can't wait to wear it!

Soon I'll have to study physics and then biology and I'm a little nervous because my math exam didn't go well... But I hope our teacher won't make the test too difficult.
