My family and friends ought to know that I absolutely love the original Moomin cartoons by Tove Jansson. I had asked for a Moomin calendar as I did last year and got it, but in addition to that my mother gave me Moomin bed sheets which are so adorable!! And my friend gave me this little box of ginger biscuits and the box had a picture of two grumpy Moomin characters. Obviously I had already eaten some of the biscuits before taking the photo; I find the combination of them dipped in Nutella quite delicious... But extremely gross too, after having one too many.

When I first heard that J.K. Rowling had published a new book, I knew I had to read it. Thank God for Christmas, because otherwise I would have probably tried to borrow it from the library which is likely to have a two-year waiting list for every new release. I haven't started it yet because I'm just about to finish the last Hunger Games book, definitely recommend reading them all by the way! The series is a great combination of a love triangle, drama, action and other stuff that make me have weird dreams - perfect. The other book, which claims not to be one, I saw at the book store and without further examination decided to want it. I'm not sure what it's about but it's by the creator of Wreck This Journal so I hope it's pretty amazing. Does any of you have this one?
One of my friends gave me a freaking kaleidoscope. I would have never thought of that! I never had one as a kid but it's so cool. I wish I could take better photos with it but I've only managed to get blurry ones that look nothing like what I see with my own eyes. Speaking of which, I've gotten blinder again. My right eye is -6.0 and I'm having a slight crisis at the moment. This is all I have for now, I'm soon off to watch a movie with a friend and then I hope I get a full night of sleep despite of the full moon which I believe is the reason I could hardly sleep last night. Hope you have a great weekend, it's the last one of 2012!

i have "this is not a book"! though haven't done it for ages, wreck this journal is my personal favourite.
